Product Description:
MasFlash Liquid Applied Flashing is a high performance, single component, Styrene Butadiene Resin (SBR) elastomeric liquid flashing membrane. This low-odor, waterproofing barrier can be brushed, rolled, troweled or sprayed, and requires no primer. It is formulated to provide a permanent, breathable waterproof seal with excellent adhesion to most common substrates, including green concrete. It is low VOC, easy to apply, and is easy to clean with soap & water. MasFlash Liquid Applied Flashing can be used on rough openings, around penetrations and on broad wall applications as a water vapor barrier.
